I recently had a major sewer line problem (tree roots in a clay pipe). My line was blocked where the cities main line meets my lateral line under the street. Rob not only identified the problem, quickly, he advocated for me when speaking to the City of Port Hueneme. Ultimately the city said it was my responsibility, not cool. However, Rob worked diligently to solve my problem, solved it and literally saved me thousands of dollars. Other plumbers wanted to charge me obsurd amounts of money. Rob even approved the plumbing work I had done myself. Rob is direct and his confidence is reassuring when nothing seems to be working for you.
