We had a hard time with this company. Overall they did OK job for our house except leaving some spots untouched. The first time we called them to come back, they did fix some of the problem. However, when we found another spot they failed to fix, they were not happy and claimed any spot that cannot be visualized by "naked eyes" would not be their responsibility per contract. Therefore, any potential customer should be alert to what they write in the agreement.
In my opinion, any company should provide honest and reliable service to their customers. Everybody can make mistakes. If you do, just admit it and correct it instead of defending yourself using the tricky contract. If the company keeps doing this, eventually it will lose their customers, which will be a tragedy for both parties. I hope the company would learn a lesson from here and provide better service in the future.
