I ordered a camera that ritzcamera.com listed as in stock and ready to ship. After nearly a week, the camera still hadn't shipped. I tried three times (voice, email, chat) to cancel the order as soon as I was wise to the deception. Nobody would confirm the cancellation, nor did I receive the requested emails showing the order had been canceled. The camera showed up anyway, more than two weeks late, though I never received shipping confirmation or tracking info.
I was to told to refuse the shipment, which I did. Three days after they received it back, I still had no credit for the return. I contested the charges with my CC company.
Here's the bottom line: AVOID RITZCAMERA.COM AT ALL COSTS. I would give them zero stars if I could. They are deceptive, unresponsive and easily the worst online reseller I've ever purchased from.
