Recently I got engaged in October 2010 and am not getting married in June 2011. The thought of shopping for rings was daunting. I knew the type of ring she wanted for the engagement but didn't know anything else about color and clarity. I was referred to Steve Hami by a friend and he was great. I told him that I wanted a pricess cut diamond of great quality. He set up an appointment with me and showed me a few stones that were withing in price range. He did a great job explaining the diamonds where I felt like I understood diamonds after. Steve brought me the best quality stones and at a great deal. It was great because I had gone to a normal jewelry shop before and didn't feel any honesty. Steve was honest and I think thats a rare quality in this business. Steve also had a band custom made and he delivered on time, perfect quality, and as promised.
He also helped me pick out my wedding ring. It was a beautiful ring with diamonds entrenched all the way across the band. He knows jewelry and showed me every type of style I needed to see to make my decision. It was great because he showed me just the right amount and really listened to what I wanted. He made it very easy and he was very polite and not pushy. I highly recommend him and he will be who I go to for years to come.
