RENT A WHEEL IS A GOOD THING THAT HELPS OUT SOME OF US THAT CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR RIMS ALL AT ONCE,AND NEED A PAYMENT PLAN. MY COMPLAINT IS ON THE CROSSTIMBERS LOCATION IN HOUSTON TX. THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPIRIENCED. I CALLED ANOTHER LOCATION TO SEE IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER LOCATION TO DO BUSINESS AT. THANK GOD THEY TOLD ME I COULD GO ELSE WHERE. SHORTLY AFTER( LIKE 5 MINUTES LATER)THE DISTRIC MANAGER CONTACTED ME REGARDING THIS COMPLAIN, BUT NOT TO EXPRESS HIS APOLIGIES. HE LET ME KNOW THAT STORE LOCATION WAS HIS HOME STORE AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE COMPLAIN WAS. HE OBVIOUSLY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EITHER. HE CALLED ME REGARDING THE COMPLAINT AND DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO LET ME FINISH BEFORE HE STARTED ARGUING WITH ME. I TOLD HIM THAT THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT AND AS HE KEEP ON RAMBLING, I HUNG UP.I DONT NEED TO GET YELLED AT BY ANY ONE, ESPECIALLY IF IM NOT BEING DISRESPECTFUL.I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GOING ON A RAMPAGE. LOL.REALLY, WOW!IF ANYTHING I BELIEVE THAT WAS HIM HE WAS HEARING. I HAVE NEVER, NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY BY PEOPLE AT A STORE MUCH LESS A MANAGER. I UNDERSTAND THE LOCATION MIGHT BE IN THE HOOD, BUT COME ON NOW HIRE SOME PEOPLE THAT CAN BE COURTEOUS OR AT LEAST TEACH EM CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
