"We moved from out of state, and they worked with us the entire time to make sure everything went perfectly. The previous owners left the carpets in horrible condition when they moved out. But they came right in and worked way into the night; I would not have believed that they could have improved the carpet situation that much in one visit. The prices were beyond fair; they knew that we were in a bind and could have taken advantage of us by charging a lot more. Not only did they give us an extremely fair price, they even reminded US about the promotional discount promised on this website! We will recommend them to everyone we know!" San Juan Capistrano, CA
