The folks at Remodel USA are professional, informative and very personable. You may pay more with Remodel USA than other contractors, but they do what they commit to; they do an excellent job; they are licensed; they have insurance; and they offer a lifetime warranty on their work, and the huge tax advantages was a deciding factor. The energy efficient exterior covering is not a typical latex and water-based paint. The compound is a completely different makeup, which makes it longer- lasting. This covering also makes the house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. They replaced the damaged facia, gutters, two doors complete with doorframes and they also replaced some partial fencing and two side gates. They repaired the extensive damage to the exterior walls. Jose and his crew were timely, polite and very helpful. All things considered, it's a long overdue investment, my 50+ year old house looks brand new. I recommend Remodel USA to anyone looking for quality home improvements. ELLEN L
