I had a really bad experience with this Re/Max on a property lease in Oct 2011. I had a verbal agreement on a lease but they gave the lease to someone else after they took my money for the application\credit check (I have excellent credit).
Other party was willing to pay more for the rent so they just gave it to them and ignore our verbal agreement.
Not very professional and they also had false information on the MLS. I email the broker but it was ignored. This upsets me so I will probably file with DRE about this misleading practice.
Stay away.
