I paid Relieve Resolution $300 to negotiate a lower interest rate with my auto finance and they have cashed my check and done nothing to negotiate. The company never returns my phone calls and when I do contact them, they give me the run-a-around that someone will call me back. They have taken my money and scammed me. They seem to also be operating under different aliases (360modifynow.com, relieveds.com and automodnow.com). I don't want other people to be scammed by this company.
Update***received letter stating this company went out of business and in process of refunding my money...Ha ha ha...this was 3 months ago and still no check.
