Do Not Put Yoy Financial/Mortgage Negotiations in the Hands Of RELIEF STRATEGIES---this is a scam, I paid them 2150.00 to negotiate a modification. They promised 1/2 payment reduction, 1/2 interest rate reduction and an adjusted mortgage down to what my home is now actuallt worth. Guess what? they did none of the above and ironically they allowed me to pay them 325.00 monthly for 6 months to be able to afford their fee. 2 weeks after I made the last payment they reveal my modification terms with only a 200.00 reduction in my house payment and a 1% interest rate adjustment and thats all, I still owe way more than my home is worth, I'm out of 2150.00 and a 200.00 adjustment does nothing for my financial obligations. I'm truly in more of a financial bind now than before the modification process began. When I ask them to re-negotiate they were unwilling and didn't want to hear about what their associate promised me. Once the process (6mns) was over and they had their full payment, they became beligerent, over talked me on the phone and really didn't want to hear anything I had to say. They just wanted to know when I was driving to Plantation to sign the modification paper work. RUN RUN RUN from this company. ********RELIEF STRATEGIES ARE A SCAM**********
