Kyle, we appreciate the feedback. We're very upset that we weren't able to win your trust and that you found us to be unreliable. More then anything, we always want our customers to have an excellent experience with us. We'd like to learn more about this service call (i.e. who the technician was, why you felt uncomfortable, etc.). Please call us and ask to speak with a supervisor. We're always trying to better ourselves and better serve our customers.
