Kins, first, I'm very apologetic that you're having the worst experience of your life with our company. Have you spoken with a supervisor? We do not know your name or address so it's difficult to try and remedy this situation for you. Please call us and we will address this for you. Having said that, I feel it necessary to say we take our customers' satisfaction very seriously. We've been in business for over 60 years. We have a A+ rating with the BBB. We have serviced thousands and thousands of satisfied customers, so the idea that we are dishonest and overcharge for our work is simply not true. We empathize with you're having a bad experience, and we genuinely want to try and change that. Please call and ask to speak with a supervisor.
