The company has taken longer than promise to provide services.My experience is that it is who you speak that determines the success in solving your question. Currently the costomer service has been less than professional. However, after speaking with another person in an attempt to cancel, which they do no refunds, I agreed to continue service for another month without charge. Time will only tell.
