This company is pretty horrible. Everything was great at first, great price, friendly employees, etc. Then, when it came time for my vehicle to be picked up everything fell apart. I was supposed to receive a conformation call a day or two before my vehicle was to be picked up, however that never happened. Once I FINALLY got a hold of someone they told me that my order had never been put in. So, they gave me a pick up date but never even put the order completely through b/c they supposedly didn't have anyone ready to transport it for me. I understand things happen, but no one even had the decency to call and let me know anything, and the gentlemen that I set the order up through knew that I was alone in MA with 3 kids and that the day after the vehicle was supposed to be picked up (and mind you, it was the last day of the 3 day window that it was supposed to be picked up by) I was getting myself and 3 kids on a plane to California to meet my husband, b/c that's where we had moved to. Thankfully for us, we have a good friend back there that kept an eye on our vehicle while everything was in limbo and was there to make sure that it got on the truck safely. In the meantime, while we were still waiting for a new pick up date, I was told that I could wait another 2 weeks to get my money back as stated in the agreement or I could just suck it up and fork out an additional $200 to have it brought to me by another company b/c everyone's prices had gone up do to the rising gas prices. So, being that we had a rental over here and were still paying for a vehicle that we couldn't use b/c of their inability to do their job efficiently, we did just suck up the differce and did it so we could get our van to us asap. Now the company had one woman, who unfortunately I can't remember the name of, who did help me with finally getting the vehicle picked up. She made it so the company paid for $100 of the extra money b/c of everything they had put me through (but I did have to really fight for that) and she was there to help me with the problems I was having with the actual company that they booked me with. All in all, next time I'll be sure to really do my homework and not just go with however offers the cheapest route. You really do get what you pay for, and had I known then what I know now, I would have gladly paid a couple hundred more to go with a company who was actually reliable and not just named that to give you a false sense of comfort. I feel this company should be shut down, if they haven't already (I've tried both numbers listed on the BBB website, and the one is disconnected while the other is to a business who handles loan modifications.). I'm the first to write a review on this page, but if you check other pages, the reviews are all the same, with the exception of a few lucky ones here and there. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on them, but should you choose to anyway, make sure to put some extra money aside b/c you'll most likely pay more than quoted for and you'll need to visit the salon after for some serious gray coverage!
