This seller was one of thee most horrible individuals I have ever dealt with. Word of advise, in our economy everyone or anyone who owns a business should appreciate every sell and every customer. This Person, Robin, was rude, inadequate, and disrespectful. I ordered a few items off her website and never heard from her. I had to contact her nearly a month later because I was going to report this purchase as fraud, which it clearly seemed to be. On top of the fact that I never received what I had paid for, she never sent me the products. She finally credited my card almost a month later. Below are actual emails I exchanged with the owner of this company. Buyer beware..

Oh, and again, don't ever take advice (not 'advise' sweetheart) from someone who clearly hasn't even made it past high school level of education. Yes, absolutely - this is my company, and those are my emails. I say it like it is and I don't lie or hide the truth. When a person needs to be called out, they need to be called out. She of course left out much information. Customer bought from us from one email address and then contacted us from a completely different email address (an unknown address to us with no related tranactions associated with it whatsoever.) She never checked the email inbox of the address she used to make her purchase (the only address we have on file for her,) in which there were 4 emails from us. We kept writing to her through the only contact info (email address) we had for her, to which we didn't receive a reply. Two weeks later we refunded her IN FULL rather than keep her money. She absolutely did not understand the concept of a refund. As we all know in customer service, the customer is *not* always right. Customer was confrontational from the first email which, as with any human being, sparks the same in return. And this AFTER she already recieved a refund in full. We have the right to refuse service to anyone, and we chose that right. She received a refund in due time and is sore over it. I have a weakness for mean people, I admit it. Rudeness doesn't go far with me, and I may have gone too far with the insults, but she absolutely deserved it. I take nothing back. And to those of you reading this, if you're as rude as her I don't want your business either. If you're a human being, I'll take care of you and bend my back over to make sure you're happy. We've been awesome for 10 years now, and we don't plan on changing.. but we asbolutely do not have tolerance for mean people and those too proud to admit they made a mistake.
