We have had our home listed with Realty Zoom for over 6 months now , and not one call from an agent. No calls from any consumers either. I have sent messages asking for help and really this has appeared to be a waist of almost $500. We had to ask for our address to be corrected , that took over 45 days . It seems like listing the home on the MLS even with a broker assist still dose nothing for getting consumers to your door. No help what so ever from the CO even thought it has been asked for via e mail and via facebook . Sad sad sad disappointment. I have used a flat rate Realtor in the past but there are non here locally, I would ask people save there money and not assume that Realty Zoom is a good idea in concept but has no follow thru.
