horrible customer service & worksmanship overrall. this shop totally ruined my car. now my car's back at BMW to get it correctly repaired. sure it's cheap but you get what you pay for, unless you're going for a basic oil change i wouldn't recommend this place.
my car was crushed after the lift and another car fell on top of it due to the shop's negligence of "forgetting" to lock the lift. instead of trying to rectify the situation the owner tried to find the cheapest way possible to fix the car because he doens't want to go through the shop's insurance. i finally got my car back and it's not running the same, the timing was not set because they don't have the proper BMW tool...don't advertise you can fix a car if you can't!
i understand this whole situation was an accident however, it's how they handled the situation to recitfy it I was unhappy with.
FYI-i only took it here for because of a friendship with an employee and i figured how badly can you mess up an replacing a water pump and head gasket?!--apprarently almost 2 months later i'm still without a car and having to pay out of pocket to fix their horrible job they did. granted the service was being done for free but i'd would have rather paid to get it done right the first time and not have my car crushed! (my car was never in an accident till now)...so i'm out of pocket for additional repairs needed along with my insurance deductible and attorney fees!
