Absolutely HORRIBLE and unaccommodating office. I regret bringing my business to this office. The office manager Stella has a complete power trip because she's an office manager of this place.
I asked for a simple change in an appointment - from a 2:30 to a 3:00 appointment and she acted as if it was rocket science. She told me my son had a 45 minute appointment and anything greater then 30 minutes requires a morning appointment. Keep in mind I was already limited to Tuesday or Thursday. I told her I absolutely could not make it and I desperately needed something later then 3 since they were open until 5. I already had been given a 2:30 appointment, so why did I all of the sudden need a morning appointment? She had a complete attitude and treated me poorly. After 10 minutes of going back and forth she finally scheduled me 49 days out at 3:00 but acted like she was doing me this extreme favor. She also told me it would cost me because it was outside of the contract I paid for.
Horrible customer service, prior to this I never ran into problems but I never had to speak with anybody. This is my first request from then after a year and after I paid over $3000 in payments.
When I finally went to my appointment and came out to schedule my next appt., I could tell she spoke to the appointment guy because he made a point to tell me twice, "I can only give you a 3 o'clock appointment because it's a 30 minute appointment"
I should add that I timed my sons "45 minute appointment" and from the second he walked in the door to the second he walked out took exactly 38 minutes. That 8 minutes must have killed them.
I should add that they have an F with the Better Business Bureau and are owned by Rancho Dental Group so you can see for yourself by going to the bbb.org website and searching for rancho dental.
