I have been attending Barbara Simon's Urban Yoga classes for 25 years. During that time I have found Barbara to be one of the magic people in the world who is gifted at her chosen field, communicates her knowledge and has continuously been an inspiration. Not only have I benfitted physically and emotionally from her classes, he has unfailingly treated me with loving kindness -- I love her. LWF
