RPM Services did not accurately convey the costs for the work. Our building, located in North Hollywood, agreed to one fee, then once the work was completed, RPM presented a much higher amount. Add to that, the owner Paul is not the one who does the work. Undocumented workers who don't speak English do the work. A major liability factor.
I would highly recommend that you interview other companies before using RPM. Their low estimates are just to lure you in. You will have an unpleasant surprise waiting for you once the work is complete.
