Don't do business with this company! We did and we lost a lot of money and wasted 6 months of time. Now our loans are in jeopardy and we will have to figure this out for ourselves. We started this process in Feb 2009 and it is August and not one loan had been modified. (By the way, the consultants will tell you that they can sleep at night because they feel so good about all they can do to help)
When I tried calling all the numbers I had for the business, they were all disconnected. I have sent emails to every contact I have and no one has responded. They are long gone along with my cash and time. I feel like I have been punched in the stomach.
Don't let that happen to you. Stay far away from anything that has Ray J Valdez attached to it. It is a scam! I'm sorry I found out about this site too late.
