Qualitex has come through after all. After speaking with the owner, Mr. Green, he had agreed to replace windows after working with Anlin. Qualitex no longer uses Anlin and after some time was able to get together with them to resolve issue. Mr. Green was able to work out an agreement with Anlin and was able to install what was on our original contract. Thank you Qualitex and Mr. Green for your ability to stand by your contract with us in providing what was paid for. We greatly appreciate the manner in which everything was handled.
