Deceiving Untrustworthy company

In short, STAY AWAY from this company. When I owned a house in San Jose, I hired them to upgrade exterior and build a short stucco garden fence. Turned out, it was a NIGHTMARE. They damaged our garden, didn't do the work right, didn't pay their subcontractor, forced me to sign the unnecessary loan telling me that it would not cost me anything (but it DID!!), and had me sign the paperwork before they completed the work, etc, etc. BBB wasn't helpful as Qualitex is unresponsive, and Jared Green of VP was a con man.
