I brought my car to Purrfect Auto in July of 2008, they did a complete check of my car or so I was told by them., They gave me paperwork to show what they had checked along with what was recommended, I knew I had Axel problems however I was not aware of any other issues. I was told by them I had a small leak however the auto man could not see and I was told to bring it back. When i did go back to have them re-place another new set of Axles' the young man who told me to bring the car back was no longer there. They kept my car all day and almost closed on me knowing I needed my car for work the next day. The auto worker that was there tried to tell me my tires were the problem I was hearing noise now and that my struts needed to be replaced when you can clearly see from paperwork I have mailed in they checked structs and it was not recommended that they were needed. me being a 55 year old diabled female they clearly took advantage and I paid them cash to take care of my car. They messed up my car so bad it sounds like a truck I am afraid everytime I get in it. I realize you guys maynot be able to do them anything , however I just want other people to know what they did to me . THEY ARE THE MOST AWFULLEST AUTO REPAIR SERVICE IN THE WORLD. THEY STOLE 869.00 dollars from me.
