We were nervous about spending our life savings to buy a property in California after the property market crash and with banks/lenders in such financial trouble regarding mortgages that the government intervened. But a job transfer – and career opportunity of a lifetime! – caused us to take the plunge. Mike Styck of Purpose Funding helped us through this. It was not easy, but Mike Styck and the team - Chris Hotaki (Realtor) and Kathy Lozano (Green Escrow Services) - got it all together for us. They pulled it off.
