Milford Rahman at Purpose Funding did what he said he was going to do. He got us a great rate on our refinance, and stay in constant contact with us through the process, and afterward. We got burned in the past by a two companies who said we could refinance. I expressed my concerns to Milford, and he kept his word. Honesty is a quality hard to find in today's world.
