Worse Experience EVER. This company is sooo unprofessional from the get go. They are not only 1 1/2 late for your appointment but they come to your house unprepared. This person comes into my house and has to use my tap water to fill up his container for the mixture. Then he is just spraying this stuff all over my carpets does not pretreat nothing like the add says they will do. OHHHH GOD did he talk on how marvelous this solution is and how well it works and so on and so on. I wasn't sure if I was talking with a cleaning tech or a salesman. So after he sprays this so called wonderful cleaning solution all over my house he then goes out and retrieves these two huge white pads and begins to rub this solution into my carpets. OK this is fine. Then he is done..he is done. That's all you do? You are not going to extract this stuff from my carpets? He says it dries then all I have to do is vacuum? Wait. I have to re-vacuum my whole house. Are you kidding me? Cause they don't do it for you nor do they move any of your furniture. But they don't tell you that either when you make the appoitment. Ok so he's done. So because he was late he decides he is going to cut me a break and take some money off the bill. OK he says that will be sixty dollars. I said ok well that is the total cost for the three rooms and the hall way. He says what do you mean. I told him that was what I was quoted when I made the appointment. Well he says that is the lowest that corporate would allow him to charge. Well I said than I guess that's what I pay. SO he then proceeds to tell me that he has no receipts with him. I am now like are you kidding me? So I gave him a piece of paper so he could write me out one. WELL after this lovely evening spent watching this clown clean my carpets the next day comes and we are back to square one. My carpets look the same and the smell has returned all less than 24 hours. Well I called this guy right back told him that I was unsatisfied and that I didn't want my carpet redone that I wanted my money back OH YEAH this was the VOICE MAIL that I left him and he has yet to return my call. OK fine that's ok I'll call the corporate office. WELL let me tell you they are not much better. The person that I needed to talk with had already left the day I called and I was promised that she would call me back the next business day between 11-1. NOPE she never called. So I called them no answer at one number so I called another number. Spoke to a lady she apologized up and down told me that she would refund me my money and the check will go out the following day. When it does she will call me. Well 4 days later no call from her, so I called her today and she now tells me, well it hasn't been approved yet and I asked her how long would that take? She proceeds to tell me 2-6 weeks. WOW now why wasn't I told that 4 days ago when we spoke? This place is a crock of.... Well you know what. And I know I probably have a better chance of seeing god before I see a refund. Please don't waste your time with this company. Yeah it sounds all wonderful and all but trust me you will regret it. No lies here. Just trying to save the next person their time, aggravation and disappointment.
