DO NOT trust these SCAM ARTISTS!
|
I was given the run around for months until I was finally denied. $5,000 down the drain. My phone calls to inquire further have never been returned.
Step One: The Sales Pitch
These are top-notch sales personnel. They lure you into the trap with questions that establish a level of trust, all the while creating a picture in your mind that their detailed attention to your specific case will provide the results you are looking for.
Step Two: The Lawyer
This individual blows you away with his innate knowledge of all things "home refinance." His impressive lawyer lingo further paints the picture of professionalism and accuracy first implemented by the sales pitch. He goes through the painstaking process of answering the multitudes of questions I had to ask like a batter on the field - home run after home run. They are trained well.
Step Three: The High School Graduate
Finally, all of your important documentation is handed down the line, eventually landing on the desk of a graduate fresh out of high school. Their $7.50 an hour does nothing but inspire a level of worth ethic and professionalism that you can compare to a day at the DMV - these people do not put much effort into your claim. Their "processing" is all very mechanic and automated. If you think you will hear from the same person twice, think again. If you think that you will get a return phone call, don't hold your breath.
My overall rating of this company is a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS.
I will NEVER recommend them to anyone - this review should serve as a lighthouse beacon, steering away the lost and confused homeowners away from a rocky coastline of deception and outright scandal.
STAY AWAY!!!
