I hired them at the cost of 4k to respond to the 20 day foreclosure notice, not only did they not respond but they ignored my 5 emails asking if they had, 4 months later when I realized they hadn't it was too late to fix and final judgement was given the bank a few months later, if you respond in the 20 days it can be delayed up to 3 years, also i asked for my money back and they ignored all those requests as well. SCAM dont do it, and check with the attorney General of California they have a bunch of complaints!!!
