In my experience, this company makes inferior product and has inferior service. Bought a KDS monitor and it died. Returned to Proview (on my dime) and they "repaired" it. Four months later, it died again. I returned it again. Two months after getting it back, it died AGAIN. Monitor has some physical damage due to all of the shipping back and forth and the number of times Proview had to crack it open to repair it (NOTE: NONE of the damage occured while the monitor was in MY possession) and now Proview expect ME to pay for a new bezel for the monitor before they'll replace it. Absolutely criminal.
