I found this mailing highly offensive, because of the misleading way it was written to imply they're a government agency (even though they state they're not on the back, buried in their Q & A section. Overall, they've done a marvelous job of pretending to be the government, so people are unlikely to suspect they're not, and turn it over to read all the info on the back. Here's what I did:
1) Filed a complaint with the BBB.
2) Sent a copy of the complaint to PTR.
3) Asked them to remove my name from the list.
4) Said I'd follow up in more depth if I ever received another solicitation from them.
5) I can't figure out how to work the rating feature, below. It seems stuck at 3 stars, which I certainly wouldn't give them. I'd give them zero stars.
