Processing Depot is a front for lawyers out to make money just like the banks they are against. They claim that if you file a complaint and lis pendans that the bank will work with you. They don't explain that the banks have powerful attorneys that will fight the case you are filing. The Processing Depot completes a template and has you file it for way too much money. They did not follow up on the responses from the Bank's Attorney. If you are stressed out about possible foreclosure this is not the way to go unless you know something about fighting a legal battle yourself. And if you do you can file your own papers. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner like they say they will unless there is the possibility of making more money. Then they offer you a loan themselves that they will charge you 33% of the difference in what they negotiate a loan from what you owe the bank plus $25,000. How is that not like the banks you are working with? The Processing Depot is in this for the money just like the banks. I was scared and stressed and thinking this was the way to go after a convincing conversation. It was a costly mistake. Now I have to hire a real attorney anyway. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
