Unbelievably bad company. Somehow they set me up with TWO accounts with automatic shipment, which I requested not to have. After getting a bad skin reaction I called to cancel. Since then, I have been charged $135.68 for orders I didn't order or receive, and they refuse to fully refund me. This may work for some people, but do not sign up unless you know your cc will be charged at least twice a month, they'll ship you products you don't order, and it's extremely difficult to cancel! Oh, and the old bait and switch thing - the payments go to $27.94 per month. And won't you be surprised when you can't get them to stop! They deserve ZERO stars.
