I would like to thank Priority Financial Group for all your help on getting the loans modified for my son’s 1st mortgage with EMC and 2nd mortgage with Specialized Loan Services and my 1st mortgage with Aurora Loan Services and 2nd mortgage with Countrywide/Bank of America that were both ARM loans and interest only loans. The change from ARM and interest only loans to fixed loans and reduction in interest rate and payment amount will help immensely, especially since my future calls for a reduction in pay with mandatory furloughs. I know we are still working on the loan modification for EMC and Aurora, but with the results I have experience so far I am confident that you will be able to reduce and finalize these also. So far you have saved me almost $1000 a month in payments and I am looking forward to even more as we finalize the EMC and Aurora loans. You and your staff have always been very professional and courteous and I especially appreciate being able to get in contact with you at any time. You have taught me a lot and helped me out in the meantime. It was worth the fee of one month’s mortgage payment for your services.
