Hello ordered calla lily favors on the 28th of April Card was debited on may 2nd. I still havent received my order. I called today May 11th and was met by a recording and then forced to stay on hold and then to leave a msg. I left a msg and then called back and finally someone called me back stating they tried contacting me via email stating that the items I ordered was discontinued. If this was the case they never should have debited my account. Today is May 11, 2011 when I finally spoke to someone and they claim my money was refunded yesterday and I should see it by the end of the week, which should be May 13, 2011. I will be waiting and checking my account for a full refund. The customer service and business and very unprofessional.
