HORRIBLE customer service!! After waiting 2 weeks to get our copy of documents they were to file for us in court, we returned to their office to see what the hold up was...after waiting 90 minutes for them to locate our paperwork, turned out they needed one more signature from us, but no one had the decency to call and tell us that. After waiting an additional 2 weeks and still have not received our copy of the paperwork, we made a phone call and were told someone would call us back...no return phone call. We looked on-line on the county courts website and discovered that they just filed the paperwork about an hour or so after the phone call we made today. Now, thanks to their non-professionalism, we have an additional court date.
