Premiere Loan Services Inc. has quite the scam going. First, they send you a sneaky piece of snail mail that implies something is wrong with your existing mortgage. That deceptive mail gets you to call them, and here's where the fun begins. When you call an 800 the number, the party you call has a right to retain your number and Premiere Loan Service, Inc. does. When you call and find out it's a solicitation, you hang up, but it's too late, they've got your name and phone number. Then the solicitation calls begin. When you tell them you're on a Do Not Call List they proudly tell you that YOU CALLED THEM and that under the do not call laws they have a legal right to call you for 3 months. (We're challenging that through the State Attorney General, the Department of Real Estate and the Federal Trade Commission). Now these folks aren't too bright, since having a legal right to call and harass a person will not make them do business with them. The owner/manager Raed Farraj is never available, but he is listed with the Secretary of State and has Entity #C3125984. Premiere is licensed under the Department of Real Estate #01856691. Premeiere also has locations listed in Victorville, Indio and Perris. He has 2 officer's listed at the DRE; Abraham Prattella #01506646 and Nathaniel Genis #01429533 (cancelled as of 2/10/10).
