I was referred to this company by a friend and had also received a number of phone calls from their telemarketing staff. After reading all the reviews of this company, I was hesitant to sign up for their help.
But I also had been dealing with my bank wells Fargo for almost 5 months with no signs of any help from them either. My wife and I visited their office in Indio and we found ourselves presently surprised at the way we were treated by our assigned sales agent. The thing is that it didn’t feel like we were being sold anything, he just heard our situation, assess it, and gave us the option to continue doing it ourselves or use their services. It felt like we were talking to an adviser/friend and that he would show us the path but we had to actually walk through it. My wife and I did not sign with them right away, but we did talk about it and my Gut feeling was based on my friends’ results and the luck we were having with the bank dealing with them ourselves, we had to do it. So 2 days later we returned and signed up. Fortunately a little over 3 months later we received our 3 month trial period through the HAMP program, saving us about $575 per month. My wife and I were ecstatic when we saw the results. Now the fee was $3000 which at the time seemed a little step, and it really was a nerve wreaking 3 months, so much so, that we ended up visiting their main office in Upland 4 times to make sure everything was ok. But when we went there we found it to be a very welcoming place and we even got to go to the second building were the processors are negotiating with the banks, and from the sound of all the people on the phones they really do negotiate with the banks. My family and I have a great deal of thanks to give to this company for all their help. After reading all the reviews of this company before I wrote mine. All I have to say to those people is, every case is different and so is every banks time lines, don’t expect miracles to happen with you modified payments but do expect to be help.
