I was very disappointed with my experience at Premiere Loan Service. I had an appointment at 10AM on Saturday. I got there early and found my self in a crowded reception area. As I waited and spoke to others, I found that they had triple booked the 10AM slot. Although I was told that someone would be "right with me" I found myself waiting over 30 minutes with no word on what was happening. Realizing another party had a 10AM appointment as well and arrive several minutes before me, I decided to leave as it would have been at least an hour before I would be seen. Upon informing the receptionist, she did not seem to care, attempt to reschedule or address my frustration. This operation is like a mill - its a busy office and they don't seem to care about their customers. I would have appreciated if they were honest and told us that they overbooked and that we would have an extended wait. Just because we need there help does not mean that they can take advantage of the situation. I am going to look for a different loan modification company to work with.
