PREMIER PROPERTIES IS NOW CLOSED!
I went by Premier and read a sign that they're now closed. i went to the trouble of reading all the reviews on line and this is what i've found.
1. i called the orange police and they said that it would be a civil matter and would have to take premier to small claims court. they said that there are a lot of companies going out of business and its a civil matter (dumb right?)
2. i can sew them in small claims court. its about $45 to file however if they're going out of business chances are they're going to file for bankruptcy so my atterney advised me to send them an email to see what they're responce would be.
3. i emailed them and looked at they're website. this is what was emailed back to me.
""thank you for your email. we as a company are currently assessing our financial situation. we are currently in the process of selling the assets of the company. once those assets are sold we will be refunding our clients. should the company's debts exceed its assets the company will be filing for bankruptcy. we will be in contact withing the next few weeks to what the next steps are.
in the mean time i ask for you to email me your contact number, the names on the contact, and a mailing address so we can send your a refund.
thank you for your patients. ""
so this is what my attorney said to me. he said if premier files BK i aint getting nothing! ugh!!! however if they sell they're assest then they're required to pay off they're dept. so i'm just ganna have to wait and see.
