Premier Properties and OC Rentals is a Scam. If you don't want your money and want to give it away, you should go to this place. You sign a contract for $180 dollars and they tell you that if they don't help you find the property you want, the money will be refunded to you. It is a lie! They find every possible excuse to keep you from getting the refund. The listings have wrong addresses or people live in those places. Horrible place. These people keep your money and are not helpful.
