I chose this company based solely on their BBB rating and was very pleased! They were able to schedule repair service the same day, which happened to be on a Friday night. The charge for a service call was very low, which they credited back toward the repair charge. The tech had not shown up and it was almost at the end of my time window, so I called the office and she called the tech to find out he would be there within 5 minutes, which he was. (Still within the time window they had provided).
The office staff and the tech were very professional. The tech quickly found out the problem, showed me what it was (a gear that needed to be replaced) and gave me a quote that I felt was very reasonable. He did not have the correct part on his truck, because our opener unit is so old, so immediately rescheduled to come back the next morning between 10am and noon. He showed up exactly at 10am with the correct part.
He had made a recommendation to replace the rollers, explaining exactly why he recommended it, gave what I felt was a fair quote, and did not pressure me. I took his recommendation, and my husband and I are very happy with the results. He also took a few minutes to check the wiring in the lighting system and did not charge for any additional labor. The gear is working perfectly, he tightened up the belt and ran several tests on the unit.
We couldn't have been happier and will definitely use them in the future.
