Please look up the Dateline expose on Precision Garage Door. If you are considering this company you must get a second opinion. I would strong suggest not using them.
The spring on my garage one of my garage doors broke. They charged me $750 to fix it and told me that if I didn't have the other one rebuild it would break down soon. So I spend $1500 for both doors. I asked if the door was a problem on the first visit and I was told no. The door fell off 2 more times so they made some minor adjustments. After the 3rd time they told me the whole door needs to be replaced. The door did suffer some damage because it kept falling off. They wanted to charge me another $2000 to replace the whole door. I got the local company who took care of the problem for $50. The door works great now.
Lifetime warranty = they keep coming to your house to overcharge you for further repairs.
