I had a horrible experience with this company. Our door would not open completely. They convinced us that we needed a costly repair including replacing all the springs and wheels. It worked for a few days and stopped. They came out and tweaked the garage door opener. It worked for a few days and stopped. They stood me up for the next appointment, called me a liar, and the service technician told me he did not listen to complaints. I gave them until 10 am the following morning to call me to discuss solving the problem. They never called. I will be calling another company and demanding that Precision refunds my payment since their costly repair did NOTHING and my door still won't work.
