POOR WORKMANSHIP & UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
Precision Chem-Dry charged me for the cleaning of 2 rooms, although I was only having one room cleaned, citing "service minimums" when I requested a discount for upgraded deep cleaning service. They offered me a discount on future service as a compromised. Unfortunately, their technician, Mark, did not do a good job so I didn't want to use that particular technician in the future. When I called back for future service, they first wanted to research the validity of the discount. Afterwards, the owner, Roman, called me back to let me know they were fully booked for 3 weeks and he would call if there cancellations. He didn't check to see if I would want service in 3 weeks. He instead referred me to another ChemDry franchise. I thought this was weird because it seemed like they had availability this week when they thought I was a full-price customer. So, I called back an hour or two later to find they had availability this Wednesday. When I said I had a coupon, they suddenly changed my availability to the following Wednesday. At this point, Roman realized he was speaking with me and asked if his other referral was booked as well? At this point, I told him it was clear to me that he was not interested in honoring his technician's promise for discounted future service and that I would no be using his franchise in the future. He got upset and said that he was refusing me any future service from now on anyways and hung up on me.
