I have used this for years. Each iteration is worse than the previous. It can not prescribe controlled substances. Refills take 14 clicks. It takes up to two full minutes to close a chart. When searching pharmacies for a new patient they are not even in alphabetical order!
There were no COVID codes in their "database" until very recently (last month).
Support is little help and usually refers us for more "training" which is an additional charge.
I wish I had never heard of praxis. It has made me contemplate quitting medicine. Please talk to an actual user before you even demo this. The "knowledge engine" and "AI" is a text database orginally written in the early 1990's. No multi core support either. Version 5 was ok. Current version is garbage.
