Terrible agency, they took $4000.00 of my hard earned money in 2006 and have done nothing. No calls are returned, I am always told that the person I need is in a meeting. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Atty. General and have requested an investigation with the bank. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, it is an internet SCAM
