I contracted Power Tax Relief to clear up my tax debt. They promised to reduce my debt from about $30,000 to between 5 and 10,000. They took $3000 on the spot. I did not hear from them for close to 1 year, despite repeated attempts. Then, when I finally got them to call me back, they informed me there was nothing they could do for me and closed my case. No explanation. No refund.
