My entire extended family consisting of 14 members have at one time or another been customers of this Nissan dealership. Many years passed as we had excellent experiences with the Sales Department, more specifically, Charlie, one of the dealership's long-term employees. After two decades as customers at Power Nissan in Torrance, CA, we are disappointed to say that their Service and Parts Departments have gone into disarray. Wait time is far longer than appropriate, Service Advisors have difficult personalities and tend to lie to the customers, and, in all, there is no sense of comfort for the customer. It is quite clear that customers do not come first at both Power Nissan's Service and Parts Departments. Thus, our family strongly recommends buying a car from this dealership, but we STRONGLY urge you to find another dealership for maintenance once you have purchased the car(s). In the end, the majority of our family have already or are in the process of switching to other cars so that we do not have to experience their poorly managed business. Hopefully, things will change in the future, but, at this time, they will not even admit or accept responsibility for their poor service.
