This dealership gives the Power Group a bad name! Don't run your credit here, I told them to only run my credit once, they ran it twice, then told me I was approved for a loan and made me drive from Anaheim all the way there only to argue with me about why they wouldn't sell me the car. I would think twice about giving them your information they don't know what they're doing! The finance guy tried to blame the sales person working with me when all they had to do was apologize, but they never even apologized or took the blame for their error, all they stated was that they would buy me gas for driving there. They stated that they approved me, told me for 2 days that the deal is done and that I should get over there to do the paperwork and pick up the car, then when I got there they argued with me for about 20 minutes and gave me excuses about why they wouldn't sell me the car. This was by far the worst experience I've had buying a car. I went to another dealership the next day and was approved and got my car and from BMW dealership! ROFL Nissan of Southbay is terrible!
